Bienvenue Ă  "The Palms" (tours de Navarre n ° 101), spacieux condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bains situĂ© au premier Ă©tage de la magnifique plage de Navarre. Golfe du Mexique. Profitez de la vue sur l’eau depuis le balcon accessible par deux portes françaises. Cïżœïżœïżœest l’endroit idĂ©al pour prendre un cafĂ© ou prendre un verre au coucher du soleil!

Notre élégant condo comprend un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen-size dans la deuxiÚme chambre et deux lits doubles dans la troisiÚme chambre. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il y a un combo douche / baignoire dans chaque salle de bain, 4 télévisions à écran plat Lecteur de DVD. Cette unité a une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Pack N Play, chaise haute et poussette à la disposition de vos tout-petits.

Les installations comprennent une piscine, deux zones de grillades communautaires avec de beaux terrains bien entretenus et un grand parking privé juste en face de l'immeuble. Great location!!!

This house is in the perfect spot! I have a toddler who climbs so the ground floor was perfect! It has a beautiful view of the gulf from the patio and the bedroom! It’s located extremely close the walkway to the beach and the pool so no carrying stuff a million miles. The pool is huge and it’s super clean so all of us enjoyed that! The room had a lot of things stocked that made it nice like toilet paper, spices, laundry and dish detergent. It would make it easier to find if it had a house number on it . The only thing making me give it four stars instead of five is the living room furniture. It’s not practical for a family .. a futon that’s hard as a rock and the cushions slide off . Same with the chairs. Just not comfortable. We would definitely come back though because we didn’t spend that much time in the room anyway and we absolutely loved the size of the place and the convenience to everything. Our family will be back !

Fantastic Family Vacay other than den furniture

Condo was impeccably clean, spacious and full of lots of items to make your stay enjoyable. We truly loved everything about this condo except for one thing. Despite the fact that the bedroom and dining room furniture were extremely comfortable, the den/living room seating was miserably uncomfortable. Thank goodness the weather was great and we spent most time outside. We do like to unwind in the evenings and the “outdoor like” sofa set had only thin cushions and limited seating for a family of 8. Such a shame for an amazing condo because this a pretty big deal breaker on a future visit. I also missed having a vacuum for daily clean up.

The home is beautiful and inviting. Beds are super comfortable. Beach is a short walk over the bridge and pool is around the corner. They have everything you need for a comfortable and home like stay.

Great vacation at Navarre Towers

Condo 101 was a great place to stay for our four young adult kids, 82 year old mother and my husband and I. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo owners provide extra beach equipment, towels, basketball etc for renters’ use. The guest bath has a huge tub and has been beautifully updated! My only complaint would be the stovetop was very difficult to use. Adjusting temperature settings on this glass top appliance was nightmarish. I have cooked on a gas stove for the past 25 years which may have contributed to my ineptitude. Overall, this was a great condo to vacation in!

Overall Good Rental

My family and I had an overall good time, but for the price per night, there were a few things that could use improvement. The master bath knob kept coming off when turned, there were constant flies all over the condo, and the sugar ants were so hard to keep at bay in the kitchen. In their defense, I did not bring it to anyone’s attention while there, because we did enjoy everything else, and we were also exhausted from having evacuated from Hurricane Ida. We were honestly just happy to be there. The vacation was already booked prior to us evacuating, so it was nice to finally get there from our other evacuation location. Speaking of location, it’s perfect! In all of our years of going to the beach, it was the EASIEST and closest beach access. You forgo a nicer pool and lazy river, but we were okay with that. Also, Unit 101 “The Palms” is clearly owned by people who understand family! The closet full of beach essentials was a life saver being that we were not able to pack our normal supplies since we evacuated. Overall, I recommend this condo and I’m sure once this review is read, they will address the issues I mentioned. Everyone I dealt with during this process was great, so I’d rent this unit again. Oh, and one more suggestion. The remotes were all by the main TV, and it took quite some time to figure out which remotes went where and which ones worked which TVs. Thanks for the stay, we enjoyed it!

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was great, clean and spacious. Owners left chairs, sand toys, wagon, and games for our use which was very convenient. Loved being steps away from the beach, no elevators necessary. Overall, an awesome place to stay.

Great location

This condo was perfect for our family. Has a gulf view and easy beach access. Well stocked, comfortable beds, rooms dark for sleeping, easy parking, convenient loading/unloading and walking to beach. First floor access was great for small children. The pool was a great diversion. It was shady in afternoon and heated for comfort. We ended spending nighttimes at the pool and also during the day when kids needed a scenery change. The closet had beach chairs, toys and rafts. Also had stroller/ high chair if needed. Navarre was quiet, family centered and beautiful. The condo is aging a bit, but we honestly had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable . The beach with our building was less crowded than some others and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Private Condo on the Beach!

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was as nice as advertised and had everything needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The unit was very private, which was a huge deal for us, and yet offered very easy direct access to both the beach and the parking lot. We will look for this condo again the next time we visit Navarre!

The Palm was all we expected and more. First floor location had a convenient private entrance making loading and unloading easy. The back patio and yard were great for family fun. We were so close to the beach and the sunrises from the condo were beautiful. The condo had all we needed and more. We would rent again.

Great vacation

The condo was just as listed. The property owner was very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked well. We brought minimal things to cook with since we did not want to eat out and had everything we needed. The beach toys, chairs and umbrella were appreciated. The location was great and we loved having the first floor which was easy for elderly parents and great for a four year old to play outside when we didn't want to go to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best places our family has ever stayed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The layout of the condo was great. It was so conveniently located to everything. We could walk right off the back porch and head to the beach. We also were able to pull up right outside the front door and unload everything. (no trying to find buggies or carts to haul everything up several floors.). It was my husband and I with our three adult children and their SO's. We all agreed this was one of the best condos we've ever stayed in. The water was beautiful and the weather was perfect the week we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot!

Unit was very clean and as advertised. Being on the ground floor it was super easy to get in and out of the condo. A couple of minor maintenance issues but overall a great place to stay.
