This property was ok but is not high end accommodation for sure. I really disliked the vinyl wood plank floors. I get that it’s easier to clean them but it was gross walking in a sandy damp floor the whole time. Dining there’s very limited with no healthy food options. And food is overpriced just like everywhere else. Access to beach is good. Beach chairs are available to rent. Beach had a lot of trash on it. Staff was nice except for one front desk girl that needs some training in customer service. Pool was clean and large.

It rained the night we stayed; and guess what the room was flooded and the water was coming throughout the walls. The floor was soaking wet. That happened around 1:30am. I called front desk, yes they offered us to move out of the room, but who wants to Move out at 1:30am and with a 89 years old mother, aunt who is 70 years old???? The night was a nightmare.

I loved the property being on the beach! It was honestly so convenient. The customer service was great and everyone was so friendly. The reason I give it a 3 is because the room could’ve been a bit less dusty and cleaner. The furniture and television was outdated and the remote control was sticky. When I booked the hotel it mentioned I would receive free wifi but the WiFi didn’t work in my room. I don’t hold that against them because I never mentioned anything but I do want to make you guys aware for future guests. I do think the outdated furniture, tech and dirty/dusty room is something you guys need to change to make guests have a better experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family members.

Had a disappointing stay. The water supply was inconsistent and kept stopping, which was very inconvenient. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working either. I reported both issues to the reception, but unfortunately, nothing was resolved during my stay. Would not recommend unless basic amenities are improved.
