The manager was a. A-hole . My daughter lost 5 bucks in the Cole machine and they wouldn’t do nothing about it . Think after spending 400 dollars on a room for one night they would have some dignity for a little kid but got nothing. . Also the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bathtub drain was plugged with hair . Free breakfast was hurting , wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price , the place was clean but customer service was garbage.

Bumpy start

The only bumpy part was the check-in. One person in our party had arrived earlier that the rest of us did and they were checked in and when we arrived, we were told, we had no reservation and couldn't check us in. The clerk was so confused and I had to refuse to leave before she would look further and "start over" to get us checked in and give us room keys. The other issue is that we really needed a main floor room and we were put in an upstairs room. Carrying the suitcases up the stairs was a problem for a couple of 90 year olds & a 70 year olds. The breakfast area was very well maintained and the person who looked after it maintained if well. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also really like the location.

Great hotel, easy walking to town and beach. Great facilities for kids, and families. Room was clean and decent size. Balcony overlooking pool was spacious, nice overall layout. Only negative, room didn’t offer enough storage space to unpack suitcases for longer stay.

Better storage or a closet would have been great. Also, a smart TV to link to any guests streaming accounts like Netflix or Amazon Prime would have been good. It was weird that the floor in our room had a significant slope toward the entry door. A gate in the fence on the edge of the property is needed to shorten the walking distance to Okanagan Beach. The included breakfast could have been done better. Cut up hot dog wieners and steamed cubed potatoes aren’t appealing options.
