Altough walkable to downtown Penticton's Main St, driving acces somewhat trickier because of the Kettle River preventing direct access by car. No problem once you figured how.
Saw a deer in a nearby house's garden one afternoon. An unexpected pleasant surprise.
Owners live upstairs and readily solved any issues that might arise. Relatively new VRBO listing. I am sure they will build a loyal following over time.
