The guy working front desk was great!! Very fast and knowledgeable! The room was sweltering hot so the heat had to be turned off and a window opened right away. The bed was nice and comfy room was decently clean. The room was right beside and exit door for the stairs and there was 6 hockey teams there so the noise from running up and down stairs and doors opening and slamming shut because there is no slow closing mechanism on any of the doors for room or exit doors kept me up all night. Trying to make coffee in a tiny little machine that is plugged into an extension cord and shoved in the back corner of the cabinet was not easy so I unplugged and moved to the bathroom so I could see what I was doing..

The room was clean. The bed isn’t super comfortable. And the noise through the hallways and in the surrounding rooms was absolutely insane. No noise reduction present at all. Sounded like the people staying next door and above us were in the same room as us.
