Stylish Beachside Home with Amazing Sea Views
Situated just off the beach, Bodeeve is a tasteful property with panoramic sea views over Praa Sands, across the Atlantic and beyond.
Designed to a high specification it offers luxury paired with comfort. Admire the far reaching views from the open plan living area with bi-fold doors leading out to the patio or from the balcony in the master bedroom.
This South facing property offers unique features such as a 6’6 Austrian Grand Piano, record player, EV charger and a second sitting room.
Upon arrival you will be instantly immersed in the scenery of this beachside location.
This remarkable property boasts a large sociable open plan living, kitchen and dining space which opens up onto the patio area, a great place to host breakfast whilst watching the waves role in.
Inside the dining table seats six people, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils. It includes a Nespresso machine with limited pods and the larder is stocked with a range of spices and essentials.
The living space has two comfortable sofas where you can sit with a book whilst breathing in the sea air. It is home to a 6'6 Austrian Grand piano to which you're welcome to play. There is also a television with access to Sky.
Just inside the entrance of Bodeeve is the utility room, a great space for leaving shoes. It also has a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The ensuite double bedroom is located on the ground floor,
with plentiful storage and an ensuite with a shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rails.
Climb the bespoke stair case up to the landing where you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and balcony. The balcony has a table and two chairs, it's a sun trap all day long and a great spot to watch the sun set in the evening.
The family bathroom is contemporary and very spacious. With a large shower, separate bath and heated towel rails.
The second double bedroom is located on this floor with views over fields to the rear of the property. Beautiful original art and plenty of storage.
The garden outside the front of the property is laid with gravel and flower beds leading up to the South facing patio area with table and chairs and a BBQ that again you are welcome to use.
There is parking outside the property for two cars on the driveway including an EV charger.
There are a few rooms which are inaccessible. These rooms are not included in the description and will be locked. The rooms that are not available are not any primary rooms and are small rooms.
In the kitchen area you'll find a couple of locked cupboards, again you'll have plenty of space for your own items as there is a larder and plenty of cupboard space.
We're a professional lettings company that operate locally. We know Praa Sands like the back of our hands so we're always willing to give advice and recommendations. We like to leave our guests to enjoy a peaceful holiday so we don't plan on interrupting you unless we absolutely have to. But on the other hand, if you need help, just call or email us and we'll be happy to assist.
Praa Sands is generally a peaceful village renowned for it's surf, the stunning walks along the South West Coast Path and it's laid back vibe.
The SW Coast Path runs a long the drive way towards Kenneggy and Prussia Cove, it’s a really pleasant walk to these ancient smugglers coves.
The Sand Bar is just a moments walk away, a relaxed beach bar serving food and drink from morning, noon and night.
Praa Sands does have a bus service but it is only once an hour at best. To be honest we'd recommend having a car whilst in Praa Sands to make the most of the local area, there are many places to visit in a ten minute drive.
