The area is clean, the hotel was clean, the room was clean and check in was easy. Deposit (hold) is $100 and the parking is in the street which is free overnight until 8 am and then you have the coin meter to feed. Restaurant on site but we arrived late and didn’t get the opportunity to eat there. Late check in until 2 am… I rate 5/5

Unsafe!!!!!

Very bad experience. Staff was not helpful when a kid had his phone stolen from pool area. No security and no cameras anywhere. Staff lets ANYONE in the hotel. Homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Rooms were hot. Stay at your own risk! Do t let you kids out of your sight!!!

Terrible!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Felt unsafe the entire trip due to hotel staff letting anyone in the hotel at any time. Couldn’t enjoy the pool due to a party going on in there with mostly unpaid guests. Homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Staff was not helpful at all. Room was very hot. Stay at your own risk!

Terrible experience!!!!!

Terrible experience at this hotel. 1. A member of our party had their phone stolen from the pool area within a couple hours of us arriving. No security, no cameras and no help from staff. 2. Many unpaid guests in and out of the hotel the entire weekend. At one point a whole posse of people came into the pool area and had a party. Mostly people that were not staying at the hotel. Blaring rap music, extremely vulgar language and people fighting. Staff did nothing about this. 3. Homeless people hanging out in and around the hotel at all times. Even sleeping in the lobby area. 4. Our rooms never got below 74 degrees. Air conditions were not working properly. 5. Multiple light bulbs burned out in our room. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

My two teenagers and I stayed at Four Points for a week. The room was big enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pillows and blankets were super comfy. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The hotel was very clean and all staff were nice. I would recommend this hotel.

My review

The building smelled great but the overall cleanliness was a little on the poor side. The room looked decent and the beds were comfy. The pool area was also a little dirty. It looked like there was maybe food on the floors when there was supposed to be no food in area! But overall it was average.

The hotel was full for most of our stay but housekeeping only came to our room once and when I answered the door and asked for fresh towels I was told that they did not have any because they were full but maybe later. We asked later and no one ever brought them. The other times we wanted fresh towels or wanted our garbage emptied I took the garbage out and found housekeeper to get towels. The hotel over all was nice enough, was not their fault the parents of the kids at the tournament let them run and yell in halls and in the lobby.

We had reserved 2 rooms, the hotel only had us for one room. Fortunately, they were not sold out and could add another room. Their pool was also disgusting, hair between the toes and bandaid on the bottom disgusting. No fans in the bathroom. Parking was also like 2 blocks away snd $10! I did find the bed and pillows comfortable.

This hotel overbooked itself and left people who paid for their room weeks ahead left with no room for hours. I waited 20 plus minutes to get into my room when i checked in after 8pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone deserves a refund for the show they put on. None of the rooms were clean for people to check into. Absolutely terrible. Many people will be asking for a refund from this hotel. Overpriced for what you get completely disappointing.
