Definitely worth the money. Everything was extremely clean and the location is perfect for a relaxing stay. Even the fire pit was pre-built and plenty of wood to keep it going. Never been to another place where we didn’t have to bring in our own wood. Loved the little fireplace, beds were comfortable, and plenty of coffee also supplied. We used the grill one night and the hot tub looked really nice but we forgot shorts so we didn’t actually use it. Fantastic view. The check-in couldn’t be easier and all interactions with the host were outstanding. Very accommodating. We’ll be back with family next time to spend more time in the area.

This lovely location was a dream for a nice getaway. Great hikes nearby, balk eagle sightings everywhere, and loved the cozy decor and ambiance. I hope to come back in the summer with the kids to enjoy the bunks.

Absolutely gorgeous home! I could have spent a week! Exactly like the photos. The fireplace is gas, with a remote control! So easy to be cozy! The house is so well appointed, it feels like a home! A couple of things to be aware of: first, the bunk beds are in the hallway that connects the kitchen to the back bedroom. It might impact kids who need more privacy/quiet. Secondly, the cabin is quite remote. That was why I chose it, and it delivered! Gorgeous surroundings, and so many stars! You may want to bring all your preferences. Selections in surrounding towns might be limited.Definitely take advantage of the hot tub, and visit Stockholm!

I stayed with a few friends for a weekend. We all were celebrating turning 40 this year! We enjoyed the VRBO immensely! We ate dinner at the Pickle Factory in town, hit up a craft sale at a Pizza Farm, enjoyed picking lavender at a local lavender farm and even stopped for pie in Stockholm! The only downside during our stay was that the hot-tub was not working. We were informed in advance and given a refund. We would definitely stay here again! Pic from a beautiful sunrise!

Absolutely stunning! This was our first time visiting Wisconsin and I’m so glad we picked here to stay. I know most people travel to get away from home but this place looked and felt like home. The host was amazing to deal with. We were in a wedding up the road and this bnb location was perfection. The house was so cute and laid out perfectly. The outdoor area was so cute and lovely to just sit and unwind. Our hot tub didn’t work so we were a bit bummed but the host could not have been nicer about it. I love little touches and the book they made with local places, things to do, things to see, was the best! We already discussed coming back to the area and staying here.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend with friends...we had the BEST time! The cabin with clean, cute, and as described. It was equipped with fire wood, a nice grill for making dinner, and plenty of games. The cabin was very close to town and conventient. Highly recommend!

Sister's Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property on a sister's trip! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, clean, and full of all of the right necessities. The hot tub was spacious for 4 people, and a GORGEOUS view - we felt like we were in the smoky mountains. We had a somewhat last minute change to our length of stay, and the host was very gracious and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this property.

An absolute gem!

If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it! It is in a beautiful location with great views, and even better amenities! We enjoyed every bit of this home - had an amazing bonfire with s’mores with wood provided by the owners. The hot tub was a hot commodity for the whole family as well. Plenty of games provided by the owners to get the kids away from the screens! And the kitchen was fully stocked for any type of cooking that you may do! We loved everything about our stay and this location, and have sent the listing on to other family and friends to check out! We hope to be back in the future as well!Also, the owners were so responsive on questions that I had prior to the booking! All around, just a fantastic experience!Thank you for sharing your place!

Beautiful and well appointed

The cabin was delightful and had everything needed for myself and my teenage daughters. The only thing I noted was there wasn’t a DVD player (we had brought some favorite movies with) and the options on TV was only Netflix. Not a huge issue, but wish I would have known and we could have brought adaptors for our computers. Aside from that, we had a lovely experience at the cabin. Anna was quick in responding to a question about the hot tub, and we were able to all enjoy that! We did struggle with area dining options and sightseeing being very seasonal. We stayed Monday - Wednesday and many of the places we wanted to see were closed which was a bummer. That had nothing to do with the rental, just something for others to be aware of if they travel in the off season. Overall, the cabin stay was lovely! It’s obvious they put thought and effort into detail and it was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again!
