The villa preserves its antique rural architecture combined with a refined modern taste given by the selected comfortable furniture. The property is entirely gated and includes a large and well groomed garden with salt water pool with Roman stairs and adjoining gazebo with panoramic view, perfect to take shelter during summer days. Guests can also benefit of a comfortable porch equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to eat all together and relax. Just a short walk from the villa, there’s a charming agriturismo of the same owner, where, by reservation from Friday to Sunday, you can enjoy the authentic flavors of the local culinary tradition.

The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor it is composed of a living room-kitchen with single sofa bed and direct access to the porch, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen and living room with direct access to the outside, bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available on the ground floor in the living room-kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom with bunk beds, in the hallway and on the lower floor in the living room. Window nets are installed on all windows except on the French doors.
