"Top Lage mit tollem Ausblick – typisch Santorin eben. Klar, am Hang gelegen bedeutet viele Treppen, aber das weiß man vorher. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings sehr verwinkelt und schwer erreichbar, der Eingangsbereich extrem eng. Ausstattung leider nur mittelmäßig – vieles ist veraltet oder funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Teilweise wirkt es etwas verwahrlost. Hilfe beim Koffertragen gibt’s zwar, ist aber oft mit einigem Aufwand verbunden. Ein echter Schock: 20 Euro für einen Campari Orange an der Poolbar – das ist selbst für Santorin einfach zu viel. Zum Personal: Leider besonders negativ aufgefallen ist das Verhalten des Manager (das Phantom) . Sehr unfreundlich, wenig entgegenkommend und vor allem stark auf ihr „Recht“ bedacht – statt auf Gästekomfort. Hier fehlt es deutlich an Service-Mentalität und Gastfreundschaft. Fazit: Lage top, der Rest hat definitiv Luft nach oben."
