We are excited to share our newly renovated cottage on Silver Lake is ready for spring, summer, and fall rental. Enjoy 50 ft of lake frontage which includes a boat hoist & 30 ft of dock, great for fishing & swimming. Wall to wall windows are perfect for evening sunsets and enjoying the views of the lake. The cottage is 2 bedrooms (plus a pullout couch & trundle bed) that sleeps 6 comfortably. Conveniently located near Letchworth State Park, restaurants, brewery, and drivein movie theater all just minutes away. Parking for 3 on a private drive makes it ideal for a family or a couples getaway.

Cute cottage

Cute and clean little cottage that fit 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked, but no dishwasher. Not a big deal for us because we only ate breakfast there. Also, no washer/dryer. I'm only putting this here because I missed that in the listing. I grew up coming to this lake and haven't been in years. It was so great to be back. Jeff, the owner, was very prompt at answering questions. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location on Silver Lake

Location is easy to get to Charcoal corral and Perry, Castile etc. It was a bit snug w 5 people definitely would be fine for a couple w smaller children. Was well equipped w everything we needed.

Lovely Lakeside Cottage

This cottage was perfectly described. The relaxing back porch had a fabulous lake view. It was clean and was nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and its in a great location close to the town of Perry.

Beautiful well-kept cottage. Well stocked with all the necessities for cooking and eating there. We enjoyed the beautiful view. Close to Letchworth where we were able to spend lots of time. Host was responsive to all messages 😊
