Good location, handy onsite parking won’t return

Location is great close to bars and restaurants and His Majesty’s Theatre. We were sent pre check in instructions which I completed then was asked to do it all again at check in. Waited and then they found it. On site parking was a bonus but not sure if a larger car would fit! Sofa was damaged which we reported as we didn’t want our guide dog getting blamed for the damage This is the second time I’ve stayed the first time the room smelled damp, this time the room had been sprayed with air freshener so much we sneezed all night!

Right in the heart of CBD. Good location, near public transport and room is good for 2. Only thing is that if you are driving, then you have to factor in the cost of parking. Otherwise, good place to stay. Arrived early in the morning and the hotel allowed us early check-in, which is a very nice gesture.
