This is a very budget hotel which is masquerading as something that it is not.
It quite obviously is capitalising on the FIFO industry and charging more than a five star hotel would charge for basically what is a budget motel.
Staff were rude upon arrival, (with the exception of the lady I dealt with over the phone, she was nice and very professional) but the guy who checked me in with the grey beard? Rude, condescending, and had an overall bad attitude towards a paying guest right from the moment I arrived.
For over 200 dollars for what was only a 6 hour stay, I would have expected more.
The “shuttle bus” runs hourly and needs to be pre booked. It takes around 20 minutes each way.
It takes around 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport too. Just an FYI for anyone who has just travelled internationally like I had.
The place is in poor condition, there were cockroaches in my room. Half of the lights didn’t work. There were bags of rubbish outside the door when I arrived. Lighting didn’t work properly. The door couldn’t be properly closed. There were an endless list of negative experiences.
I strongly advise against staying here if there’s other options available.
