Unfortunately this was not a great stay. On arrival we found out our room had been changed to lower level than we’d booked due to the lift not working, which we were told by staff had been not operating for two weeks. We had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs, thankfully not four as booked. At 12:30AM we received a phone call waking us up from the front desk asking us what our name was as we weren’t in the system.
