Very convenient location to anywhere you need to be, also close to main roads and shops but still a quiet area. Family oriented house, very nice and accommodating hosts.

A handy room

Not quite separate units. It's better described as a bedroom with access to facilities. Host is lovely. Was useful when we needed a place to stay for a weekend visit to the city.
