The bedrooms have only recently been renovated with everything upgraded. All a traveller could need:
-nice comfy pillow topped mattress;
-desk to use for your laptop or to place your suitcase;
-built in robe;
-high speed internet with wifi;
-towel;
-adequate space.
Thoroughly cleaned after each guest departs.

The living areas are kept nice and clean by few simple rules such as empty sink policy and wiping table and surfaces after cooking and eating, Luxuries to make life a little nicer:
-bidet wash in the toilet;
-evaporative airconditioning;
-induction cooktop;
-electronic front door lock

Bathroom and toilet shared with a maximum of 2 other people.

Everything in the property and room is in good working order.

-If the keys are not returned a charge of $ 200 be debited to your card to pay for the cost of changing the locks so you can be assured the locks keep former guests out.
-Front door has electronic lock with a pass code that I change from time to time.
