Perth bisit

Lovely place to stay, view over park to Swan River very nice. There is a Mexican restaurant, iiga and liquor store attached. Parking pass never worked but they would buxx us in or out.

Room was nice with a beautiful view of the pool and parts of Langley park however the bathrooms need a bit of updating and when you flush the toilet it’s like a jet motor splashes the toilet water all over the toilet seat. Taking a shower means floor will be soaking wet

After paying $30/night to park, the electronic parking machine on exit wasn't working and consequently made me late for my appointment. When discussed with Hotel, they simply said that the packing wasn't their responsibility. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work and feared I'd set off fire alarms when I realised, after the shower. After enjoying a relaxing bath, letting the water drain led to the bathroom floor to be flooded, coming up through floor drain. No wonder the previous owners sold the property. New owners have a lot to fix.

Room was tidy and presented wel.. aircon didnt work wonderfully and room was hot with 6 people inside it.. fridge keak water everywhere before we walked in, wasnt wirkibg and seal stuffed, phoned 3 times saying we needed it looked at and no one came.

Wonderful staff, great hotel/self contained accom. The pool is by far the best Hotel pool I’ve ever used and the pool deck is awesome with heaps of lovely cabanas etc. Pool is very large, very deep .9m - 2.8m, great temperature, Chrystal clear, great for adults. Close to everything you need, bus stop out front, awesome place! Would have liked to be able to use my phone/ipad apps on the TV but the menu on the remote control was locked and only had access to a preselected menu.

Stayed for a short weekend away.. stayed in the queen room, a great size and easy option sharing with mates as they had two queen beds in a room. Pretty quiet area on the weekend so not heaps of food options in close walking distance. For those happy to walk, Optus stadium was about 25mins and busier area of nightlife similar. Would stay again

Residence on Langley Park is a great location in Perth CBD. You walked out the doors on to the magnificent Swan River and just take a leisurely walk and enjoy the outdoors. There is no where in Australia in the main cities that you can do that like Perth. Heaps of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, there is IGA store within 200 meters for any food you might want. The staff were brilliant and just the easy to get anywhere if you want to drive from that location. I have stayed there a few times now and it is always the first place I look at when I book on line.
