The host cancelled the booking on the day of my arrival, and after me spending 4 hours in the apartment carpark trying to get the lockcode to enter my pre-booked apartment. Multiple attempts to contact the host (whilst waiting in the carpark) went unanswered, until finally someone called and said the booking was to be cancelled as the property had been booked out. My booking, made through Stayz, was booked back in Jan/Feb 2025.
Never got in. Double booked me. They didn't tell me that someone was already in it. No email. No call. When I called them. they ignored me. Apparently, all at the cricket. x6 days later. i still don't have a refund. And I had to travel 100km to find alternative accommodation. What a complete disaster. Stay away from this at all costs.
