The staff was genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC made a knocking noise and then a really loud vibrating noise every time as it came on. There was also a mildew smell in the bathroom; I’m guessing mildew behind the tiles. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the hot tub.
