I stayed three nights. This property is highly overpriced. It is run down and not very clean. The carpets in the common areas are worn and the elevator needs to be cleaned. Same for the room. The carpeting was old and stained. There were broken tiles in the bathroom and there was black mildew where the tiles met the tub. The room was near the elevator so somewhat noisy, and the housekeeping staff had loud conversations right outside the door. They also cleaned the ice machine early one morning which was disruptive. The breakfast was decent. Two very ambitious people kept it stocked and there were plenty of food options. The dining area was small so getting a table was problematic. The front desk staff seemed overly casual and not very professional. I appreciated having free water bottles available in the lobby.

There were two things that I noticed that were not as 'clean' as expected: There were cobwebs in the room, and the rug on the balcony had algae on it. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very polite.
