Finca Son Capellet is a charming property located in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by nature and offering privileged views of Puig de Bonany. It is just 4 km from Petra and only a short drive from Manacor, Sineu, and the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina, making it an ideal spot to enjoy peace and quiet without giving up nearby services and attractions.



The finca features a spectacular outdoor area with a large garden, tall trees providing natural shade, and a private pool measuring 11 x 8 meters (88 m²), surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. There is also a spacious terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s great weather.



The interior combines a cosy rural style with all modern comforts.

The house offers 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and heat pump heating for the low season. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 4 bedrooms with single beds.

Ruhige Villa mit großem Pool

Schöne, sehr geräumige Villa in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage im Zentrum Mallorcas. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der große Pool und die gute Ausstattung haben uns besonders gefallen. Teresa war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Insgesamt können wir die Villa weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Klimaanlage. In einigen Schlafzimmern hat sie leider nicht ausreichend gekühlt, wodurch es nachts sehr warm war.
