Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago.

Amazing Staff and rooms

I have pick up a executive room, that fullfill all my expectatives. Besides that, we had the best "staff experience" ever. All recepcionist are atentious and well informed.

Nice hotel, located right at the beach

The best part of this hotel is the location and staff. The staff are limited but hard working. Our room had a great view but an awful smell that was hard to get used to in the beginning, not from anything bad we just think that the cleaning product used is a heavy chemical to keep away mould. But still we had a lovely time at this hotel. You can not beat this location in Cabo Frio.

O quarto apresenta lodo no box e chão, as roupas de cama estão velhas e encardidas, o sabonete também é de baixa qualidade. Em relação ao café da manhã , embora tivesse certa variedade, os bolos eram massudos e frios. Sanduícheira velha, teflon arranhado !

Equipe extremamente gentil, hotel muito bem localizado e atendimento nota 10. Como ponto de melhoria, senti falta de alguns acessórios no quarto, como secador de cabelo e ferro de passar — o hotel não disponibiliza esses itens. Além disso, todas as tomadas são 220v, o que pode ser um detalhe importante para quem não está preparado. O café da manhã é simples, porém saboroso e bem servido.

Sobre o quarto: o ambiente não estava totalmente limpo, havia cantos que tinham cabelo de outros hóspedes. A cama do quarto eram duas camas de solteiro juntas com um cobertor por cima para imitar uma cama de casal. Caso você se movesse muito durante a noite, pode ser que abra um vão entre as duas camas bem desconfortável. Infelizmente, NÃO EXISTIA a opção de conectar o Wi-Fi do hotel ou do PRÓPRIO CELULAR na televisão do quarto. Honestamente, não entendo a suíte mais cara do hotel não possuir essa tecnologia pro conforto do cliente. Sobre o café da manhã: poxa, a sensação era que o hotel queria economizar em tudo. Poucas opções e as opções que tinham pareciam serem feitas às pressas. Sem pão de queijo, sem cappuccino, sem waffles…bolos com textura pouco molhadas/fofas (quase secos), pão francês duros para cortar (quebradiços, provavelmente congelados). Comodidades: a garagem é apertada e escura, de difícil acesso. Porém, não me incomodou estacionar na rua. Agora, em relações aos outros cômodos… sala de jogos inexistente, academia muito pequena (sem esteira). Tenho consciência que a vista do hotel é LINDÍSSIMA, mas não acho que o hotel deveria se garantir apenas nisso. Deu a impressão que foi um hotel construído para ter muitos quartos e pouco lazer/conforto. Se eu tivesse escolhido uma suite menor, creio que minha experiência teria sido bem mais desagradável. Não pretendo voltar. Sobre a equipe: agradáveis e cordiais, tanto o serviço de quarto quanto os membros da recepção

Infelizmente, minha experiência no hotel não foi satisfatória. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, com pouca variedade e qualidade abaixo do esperado. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas: os vidros/espelhos da janela estavam sujos e o serviço de limpeza foi insuficiente. Não havia tomada 110v disponível, o que dificultou bastante o uso de alguns aparelhos. No banheiro não havia secador de cabelo disponível, sendo necessário solicitar um emprestado na recepção. O chuveiro era muito ruim — a água saía jorrando de forma totalmente espalhada, sem qualquer direcionamento, tornando o banho desconfortável. O ar-condicionado não dava vazão suficiente para climatizar o ambiente. Para piorar, havia vazamento no banheiro, próximo ao vaso sanitário. O hotel precisa rever urgentemente questões básicas de manutenção, limpeza e estrutura para proporcionar uma estadia minimamente confortável.
