We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ótimo hotel, conveniente, perto de tudo, o restaurante dentro do hotel ofereceu um cardapio variado e a comida estava gostosa. Eramos 3 pessoas no quarto e o café da manhã estava incluido mas não foi suficiente para os 3.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Great location, new

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

Praticidade e custo-beneficio

Hotel novo ao lado do shopping Petrópolis. Região central, 10 a 15 minutos de caminhada das principais atrações. Tem estacionamento pago (R$25 a diária) com manobrista, o que facilita muito. Atendimento muito gentil de toda equipe (recepção, limpeza, manobrista, pessoal que leva o café da manhã). Fiquei receoso com o fato de não ter um local para comer, então o café da manhã é servido no quarto, na hora que o hóspede escolher. Entretanto, foi uma experiência excelente com várias opções de frutas, pães, bolos, sucos, queijo, torrada, café e leite. Tem reposição quando solicitado, não tivemos problemas. Aptos grandes, cozinha com utensílios básicos e camareira lava a louça. A cama é bem confortável, travesseiros bons. Cortina Black out mas não cobre totalmente a janela então entra um pouco de claridade de manhã. Wi fi atende bem, tem uma Alexa em cada quarto. Espaço do apto é muito bom, mesa de jantar comporta 4 pessoas confortavelmente, locais bons para guardar roupa. Banheiro bom, Box e chuveiro excelentes. Secador, sabão líquido na pia, em barra, shampoo / cond 2 em 1, ducha higiênica, água quente na torneira. No geral, ótimo custo-benefício. Fomos com crianças e não tivemos problemas. Praticidade foi o principal ponto. Só não indicado para quem procura se hospedar em um casarão de época ou junto a natureza.

Bem localizada, próximo à Rua Teresa, a um pulo do Museu Imperial e ao lado de um pequeno shopping. O espaço do quarto é amplo, todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e receptivos, mas a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar: tufos de cabelo alheio no ralo. Ponto fraco é a falta de um espaço para o café da manhã. É servido no quarto em horário pré estipulado. A quantidade e qualidade dos alimentos é suficiente mas frusta por você não ter tanto poder de escolha. Sentimos falta de uma jarrinha com leite, foi solicitado a parte mas não recebemos em nenhum dia durante a estadia.

Hotel excelente, limpo, moderno, confortável, centrão de Petropolis q te facilita muito, não precisa de carro! A única coisa q deixou a desejar, foi o café da manhã à logística deles não funciona, e vc realmente acaba se chateando, pois vc pede as coisas fica horas esperando e não vem, mas fora isso é um hotel com muito potencial, mudando a logística do café da manhã vcs se tornariam 10 de 10!!!!

O quarto é excelente! Mas o Hotel não atende pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O banheiro não possui barras de sustentação para idoso e nem possui cadeira de rodas usuais. Para quem precisa levar idoso é muito complicado. Agora, a equipe de estacionamento show!!! Andre e Wallace me salvaram!!! Prestativos!!! Foram eles que me ajudaram na locomoção da minha mãe para o quarto. Não sei como agradecer a eficiência, atenção e carinho. Estão de parabéns! Aliás, a equipe de manobristas, camareira, recepção, todos, muito prestativos. No restante, não tenho o que reclamar.

Fugiu do padrão de excelência

Viajo sempre para esse hotel e pela primeira vez deixaram a desejar, pedi um quarto para 2 pessoas em camas de solteiro, o me foi dado um quarto com uma cama de casal e um sofá cama na sala muito desconfortável. Pra piorar na hora do café da manhã veio uma bandeja única para as duas pessoas com poucas quantidades e quando pedi reposição demorou demais para vir a reposição.
