Early in the day I called to notify the front desk that I would be arriving after midnight. Upon arrival I was rudely greeted by the front desk telling me they had no rooms left, I explained I had a reservation and was checking in, I was once again told my room wasn't available. I was never asked my name. I was told I had to walk across the parking lot to the other hotel and they would take care of me. 45 mins later I was in a lesser quality room with a running toilet.

Clean room. Attractive lobby. Affordable. Rooms well put together. Only issue was the staff. Very Rude. Not friendly. Only 1 (thank God for her) late night shift employee was a God Send. She will be the one to keep them in business. Fire the rest of the staff.

The worst stay I’ve ever had. As an employee in the hospitality business I’m embarrassed. My boyfriend even opened the back of the house door and yelled but nobody answered. We came to check in and waited 10 minutes with no sign of anyone in the lobby. Finally off the elevator comes the front desk agent and then shortly after what looked like a security guard. No greeting, no apology just asked for my ID and CC with the spill about a cc hold. She Gave me the key with no direction to the elevator. Still no apology, no have a great stay. It just wasn’t what I expect from a Marriott. The fixtures and decor is showing wear and tear. We go down to check out the pool it was hot with no air circulation and it smells like mildew (not chlorine) with a humidifier running and draining into the courtyard. We did not get in for fear of catching something.

For starters, the water took over 45 minutes to warm up just for it to be lukewarm. Secondly my vehicle was broken into and I was told to fill out some paperwork. The parking lot is lit up at night but there’s not security footage or nothing for three different hotels.
