Lack of communication

When I arrived the lobby was closed for construction so check in was at a small entrance downstairs. I chose this hotel because of the restaurant/bars and they were closed because of the construction. I wasn’t told anything about this when I booked it 4 days earlier so I would like my money back.

Very small, lots of wear and tear. The walls were dirty the bathroom furniture was dusty, the toilet seat wasn’t cleaned properly. The upgraded view I payed for was not worth it.
