I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never had such a terrible experience as I did here. The moment I saw a bed bug crawling right next to my pillow, I was absolutely disgusted. I immediately reached out to the manager, expecting them to take the situation seriously, but instead, they refused to talk to me or offer a refund.
To make matters worse, when I showed the bed bug (in a tissue) to the staff, they gaslighted me and acted as if they had never seen a bed bug before. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they had the audacity to suggest that maybe I had brought it with me! The hotel itself is dirty, unsafe, and completely unsanitary.
To top it all off, Expedia was no help in getting a refund. Their customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, making an already stressful situation even worse. We ended up checking out at 11:45 PM and had to scramble to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
I would never recommend this hotel or this brand to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health and sanity, stay far away from this place!
