The parking is NOT SAFE! My vehicle was broken into and the parking/hotel refuse to take responsibility for the theft and damage. Law enforcement stated that the agency ws not going tp do anythong about it. So I am out $2700 cover the damage and $3000 in stolen property.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We got there earlier than check in so our room was not ready yet, which was expected. The front desk staff took our belongings and things that needed to go into a refrigerator. When we returned our bags were in our room and a staff member brought me my things that were in the refrigerator.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. I really liked that u needed a room key to operate the elevator to go to the floors of the rooms. The super automatic espresso machine was a nice perk for guests. Loved the location. Within walking distace of so many good restaurants and also Rittenhouse Square Park. Overall experience was fantastic.
