Room was small but well designed; bathroom was compact and would have been challenging for a taller or larger person. My main gripe was the hotel's insistance on technology that didn't work--when we arrived, everyone was told to checkin with a tablet, which didn't work for anyone, so we all had to work with a person. Fine, but why not start there? Likewise, the checkout and luggage storage process was slow. Otherwise, a very nice stay and great neighborhood!

The only real positives of this hotel are its great location – close to major attractions and public transport – and the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the good things end. The room was very small and quite outdated, and the bathroom was tiny – the toilet seat couldn’t even open fully because it was blocked by the sink shelf. Overall, the place feels like it really needs a renovation and some fresh updates. In summary, the convenient location doesn’t make up for the poor room conditions.

I got this property because it was rated on Expedia four stars, by the time my son arrived it was almost at 22:00, even though the room was fully paid for, he was charged an extra $100 dollars, which the place isn’t worth it. Since the hotel had already been paid for $100 dollars, he was told he couldn’t check in unless he gave them another $100.00 They said it was a deposit, deposit for what? No restaurant available at the hotel, so what extra expenses could he run into? The room was dirty I mean the doors are white and you could see they had those dark, shadows surrounding the door knobs. No restaurant available. I mean it said four stars in the reviews! I will not recommend the place.

This was the perfect place for us on a recent trip, on which we had three activities planned in Center City, the ESP, and on the Schuylkill Trail. Club Quarters Hotel was convenient and walkable to all three, and surrounded by great places to get coffee and food. The room was small but just right for us as a couple, and amazingly quiet for being in the middle of everything (granted, we had an inner room not facing the main street.) The chilled, filtered water station on each floor was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
