The staff was unbelievably friendly and efficient! The sparkling water and Stillwater provided in the lobby as well as the refillable water bottles and springwater on each floor was such a nice touch! I wish the rooftop were open to guests.

Dirty, smelly room with loud neighbors

The rating for this hotel on Hotels.com did not match what we got when we arrived. We checked into a room that felt like a jail cell. It had a room with a window, but it was obscured by a wall. I asked for it to be changed. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The next room was a little better, but when I returned to the room after dinner, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. My guess is that the person next to our room was smoking. I asked to switch to another room. By the time I went to bed I noticed that the sheets were dirty. The rooms are outdated. I was woken up in the middle of the night by neighbors that were so loud and continued to be loud for hours. I would never book this place again.
