When i booked this place i was not expecting it to be so close to everything, i had done some research but wow. There are so many food options nearby, along with a mall , uniqlo and old navy nearby, which really helped me as i wasnt prepared for the cold weather. As for the hotel itself. The first entrance through the door leads to a lobby with two elevators. They are fairly small elevators as they only are there to take you to the main lobby. The main lobby is really nice, lots of space and room to relax and just sit around. My room was really small but it was comfy and had no issues. The biggest downside to the hotel was prolly the gym. It was the first time i ran into a gym with non 24 hr service. They have water service on every floor, but not every water dispenser worked at an adequate level. Overall it is a great location and great stay, definitely enjoyed it

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. As a solo traveler, I felt safe there. The hotel is in a walkable neighborhood where there are lots of restaurants and shops from which to choose. Highly recommended.

The club quarters is much cheaper than the surrounding hotels. For the price it’s a good value. The shower was great, the room was clean. But the hotel is very old and has lots of obvious wear and tear. The carpets look like they may actually be decades ol. I don’t think it’s possible to feel good about touching with with bare feet. The views are all very sad. But, I’ve stayed in other hotels in this very low price point in the same area that are far far worse. The CQ carries itself like a classy establishment, it’s just that it really needs a face lift in a bad way. I would totally stay there again, alone. Not with my wife or kids. N.B. The service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. This makes up for a lot of the other shortcomings of the hotel. Nicole and Rahim.

The hotel wasn’t terrible, but there are several things to be aware of before booking. Be prepared for high parking fees, as the hotel does not offer on-site parking. Parking in the area averages about $50 per night. The hotel does provide a 20% discount voucher for a specific parking lot located about a block away, which helps a bit. The rooms are small, and unfortunately the bathroom had a urine smell, which was disappointing. There is no in-room coffee or microwave. If you want coffee, you have to go down to the lobby. There is a small Keurig machine, but only if you bring your own pods. On the positive side, the coffee and water service in the lobby was decent, the customer service was okay, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it’s manageable for a short stay, but the parking costs and room issues should definitely be considered.
