Clean and beautifully decorated suite! So many lovely details with the modern essentials. Excellent location and staff. Very comfortable beds/soft bedding and dreamy deep soaking tub. Such a wonderful space to retreat to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

I love how the property was decorated, the room was very comfortable. It was a virtual check-in and service, which worked out fine. Nobody is on the premises.

Lovingly restored building with wonderful detailing yet with modern functioning utilities. A most pleasant experience. Drawbacks - a few external ones. The building is on an unattractive street next to a parking lot and a garage and inhabited by a few unhoused persons. Still the surrounding area beyond this one block is quite nice. And there is nowhere to buy sodas or snacks nearby. There is an informal restaurant/bar around the corner, but it is cash only and does not open until 9:00 AM.We would most definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

If you like places with no staff, this was a nice place. It is a well furnished historic building in a lively area. However, our room had no windows at all and the floorboards creaked loudly which was inconvenient for getting up in the middle of the night.

Room Florence was beautiful!! The ceilings must have been 20 feet high. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I’m used to seeing on Expedia if the room had no windows on the main page. I quickly glanced at the pictures and didn’t catch it was windowless. The main concern was not setting an alarm so had no point of reference what time it was by lighting. I looked at my phone often during the night. We didn’t receive our complimentary bottle of wine but not a big concern but was missed. The dumb waiter wasn’t working to bring bags up to the secure room. The location was perfect. The communication was excellent and not having an on-site reception works well. The one tap sparkling water and still was super convenient. A beautiful property so would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
