Decent hotel. One elevator is not working. There are a couple of women who work the front desk who are rude. I checked in over the phone and the woman who helped me had a terrible attitude. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Bad customer service. Another woman had a terrible attitude when I turned in some airpods I found sitting in the lobby. She just about didn't hold on to them... Really?!

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this Hampton Inn, as we were in town for a lacrosse event. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the ability to text a question, need and have someone respond quickly. The breakfast selection the second morning was excellent. We got down late on the first morning, so some items were out. Very convenient location as right off the expressway. We would stay here again if in the area.

Okay

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. Location was convenient for the activities planned that weekend. I deducted "stars" for the following: (1) Parking was limited as I think the hotel may have been sold out; (2) Only one of two elevators working; and (3) My bathroom wasn't fully cleaned when I checked in - tub wasn't scrubbed and it looked like the bath mat was used. Staff responded and sent someone up to take care of this.
