I was checked into a room that was obviously not cleaned and there was old food left in the fridge. I was given a new room however the sink was clogged so it was unusable and maintenance never arrived so fix the issue. Self parking was confusing and my card was double charged.

The lady at the front desk was very nasty, ignorant and inconsiderate. She acted like it was a huge undertaking just to check me in. She was verbally abusive and talk down to me like I was trash.

In room 919, no trash bag was in the bathroom can, the drinking glasses were dirty, the shower leaks, the tub doesn't drain the way it should, there is mold around handle bars of shower, and the toilet flushes poorly. I told the front desk he said someone would be up to fix it, noone came to fix anything. The pool has murky dirty looking water. Why aren't there cameras or a lifeguard on duty? Why is it unsupervised in the pool area? Horrible stay in my eyes, not worth the money!! Why is there a hole in the sheer curtain, why is there a short in the lamp on the desk in between the beds? How often does L&I come out to check the conditions of the rooms? The woman in the coffee shop was not friendly or welcoming at all, she doesn't need to be working there. I will never come back here, nor will I recommend anyone to stay here!

The room I received was okay, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom and around the tub, plus the tub was decaying. In the shower there were hairs near the wash bottles that weren’t mine. I think they can do better with cleaning because there was dust everywhere, on the tv remote, the coffee machine, the headboards, the plug in stations for my phone, the nightstands and on the towels. Lastly, the toilet would not flush. The toilet flushed only twice a day, I had to put about 11 cups of water in the tank with the complimentary coffee cups so that it could flush. Other than that my stay was pretty good, the host was courteous, the valet were friendly and expedient. I “would” go again, preferably with less dust.

the staff and service was exceptional. the room was not. it wasnt a terrible room but it was not 350$ good. for that price i expected great. the toilet seat was so loose that i thought it was going to fall off. the bathtub had crud and mildew around the outside and bottom. the remote for the tv was broken. and the self parking(which was 60$ was an awful experience. took 25min to get in the lot at 3am in the morning. that was absolutely ridiculous.
