The first room they gave us was occupied. The second room they gave us had a drilling noise that was intolerable. The third room they gave us was okay, but just okay. Room was not clean. Hotel refused to accept IHG platinum status. Shuttle service was appealingly awful. Driver refused to pick up passengers at terminal F so 4 of us finally had to get an Uber. This morning, shuttle was late and not big enough for all the guests who needed to use it. Also, front desk clerk lied that hotel was full when I tried to book directly, then refused to put our IHG member number on our stay.
