Great location for Philadelphia sporting events - we easily walked to the Wells Fargo Center for a 76ers game to avoid pre and post-game traffic. Comfortable room for a family of 4. Morning coffee was poor and nearby dining options are limited. However, all the 'big Philly' sites are just a short drive away.

Most of the staff was friendly like the shuttle driver and breakfast staff. The only issue initially was with the front desk concierge. It didnt feel super welcoming but other than that the stay was fine. Only other complaint would be limited tv channels.

Bad Hospitality at a Hotel

The front desk person did not even tell me they had a restaurant, *even after I asked where to eat in the area. Also, after I noticed that the bar was opened, I asked the bartender what time they closed, he refused to look up from his phone and answer. I came down an hour later and he was busy and still refused to give me even a menu and said "You will have to give me a couple of minutes" Just all around bad service at this hotel.
