The room was very nice and clean. The pool / hot tub were very dirty and a fight broke out in the middle of other families and children resulting in us not wanting to stay long. Staff were also not managing the pool area as there were people sneaking into the pool area / glass bottles were every where when the sign clearly states “no glass bottles in the pool area.” Lady at the front desk was a delight though.

They have a sign stating that the pool opens at 9am, it was 11:30 am and still wasn't open, they were still cleaning it. The hotel is charging extra for parking

The rooms were spacious, fun, family oriented. They had everything you need, and staff was friendly and helped with everything you need. The elevator is super slow, and makes lots of noisy. We used the stairs a lot.

When I booked a hotel, I didn't know that these were efficiency apartments. There are people living here, screaming children, people walking around the lobby barefoot. What appeared to be illegal migrants and homeless. I will, find out if the Department of Social Services is housing illegals in this hotel. If you think you're going have people staying in a hotel room for over $200 a night and then have all these social service cases eating the continental breakfast for free and you have paying customers that can't even get a scrambled egg or a piece of toast it's pretty despicable
