They insisted that I show the passport and Visa before I can get to my room. This should have been made clear before. They gave only 1 room key and said they don't give 2 even if our booking was for 2 people. Then tried to charge 250 RS/- when we lost our only key. Lastly, I am very sure I booked the room with breakfast, yet at the hotel they told us no breakfast is included. Overall pretty bad experience!

I booked the reservation there because they had a pool. The pool water was dirty there was no chlorine to kill the bacteria. The room was very nice that they definitely need to do better about the pool.

Great Stay!

Our stay here was great. It was super hot outside and I was a little nervous because in the hallways the air conditioning seemed like it wasn’t working well but our room was very cool and comfortable. This location worked for us because we were seeing a show at the Mann but be aware, it’s not close to Center City at all. If you have a car, the parking lot is safe and secure and just a very short walk to the hotel if you don’t wish to Valet. I only had coffee but breakfast was included and seemed to have a variety of typical items. Planning to come again next month for another show!

Our room was awesome, it even had a small kitchen complete with refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans! The bed was so comfortable and the staff we met were all friendly. The whole place was very clean, and the breakfast was great! Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. Definitely will come back!

Very efficient and friendly staff. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Well maintained grounds. Parking was easy and hotel was in a good location for walking shopping and dining. Unfortunately, this time, the food and coffe at the hotel's inclusive breakfast was not that great. This was the third time I've stayed in a suite at this hotel. Overall experience was very good.

A few things were not great. Upon booking I requested a first floor room because we travel with 16ft poles since my son is a pole vaulter. I called that morning and talked with a customer service rep who contacted the hotel and while they could 100% guarantee it they would try. Upon arrival they didn’t even have first floor room. Secondly the pull out bed had no linen and when we opened it up there were old food particles and other particles of something gross. We had to ask multiple times for any towels for the room. They also charged my card twice! For paying nearly $500 for one night I don’t feel like I was asking too much. Also the water pressure was very low. The one highlight was the valet service for the Hilton next door(I accidentally tried to check in there) was amazing. They let me keep my car with them even though we were staying at the lower end Hilton. And the next morning they remembered what building we were at and brought up our car within 5 minutes!

Staff was courteous. Great location. Restaurants nearby. We were disappointed with breakfast. Food that should have been hot was cold. Food that should have been cold was warm. Fruit was not fresh. Food was not replenished as often as it should have been. Maintenance should have taken place, in our room, prior to our arrival. The toilet tissue holder was loose, the commode was not stable. The sleeper sofa in the room smelled like urine. Parking was too far away from the hotel and there was a cost to park. We were lucky enough to find an opening to park on the street. It was quite a distance to walk to the hotel. This stay missed the mark for us. Management maintenance, and housekeeping can do better than what is being offered. It's a great location, and a great hotel. It just needs a lot of TLC.
