The free breakfast was horrible the meat and potatoes was all chopped up like dog food. In the bathroom they only give you 2 towels and 3 washcloths, We ordered more towels that morning at the front desk, for the evening when we returned. We did not receive them, we had to call to get more for that day. very inconvenient. They do not change your bed ,towels or trash daily, This place has change dramatically.To be a Hilton place

I had to switch rooms because the first was nearly 80° and uncomfortable. The second room also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues: a broken microwave light, non-working ice maker, a broken lamp, black buildup in the shower, and a noticeable red carpet stain. The following day, I requested bathroom cleaning three times; it took over 8 hours and the manager’s involvement before it was addressed.

Room was not cleaned to my standards. A dishwasher was provided in the room but had dirty dishes in it upon our arrival and no dishwashing soap was provided. There was also food on the wall that had not been cleaned as well as m&ms on the floor that had not been vacuumed. We stayed for 2 nights and room service never came to clean the room or provide clean towels. I had to ask 5 times for a pack and play and rollaway bed. The woman who checked us into the hotel was excellent as well as the staff during breakfast. This was a very mediocre stay for the amount it costs to stay here.

The air conditioning in the room was set to 66, but it never got below 72! And when I called the front desk to complain they sent a very nice maintenance man up who adjusted the thermostats (he tried!) but it still never got below 72! Very uncomfortable! Not satiated AT ALL. Terrible night’s sleep for us all.
