We were 2 couples visiting Phile. It was weird to not get the chileckin instruction till afternoon, but it worked out.Hoped for an early checkin, but with the parking down the street, i guess that worked out too.Parking was easy. We felt safe.
This was the perfect location to easily access lots of activities throughout the city. Host was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. We hope to visit again!
I did not feel safe with my children in this neighborhood. The kitchen sponge provided had chunks of food on it. We are a family of four and needed to scoot the table out so we could all sit around it. Two of the legs on the dining table were about to fall off, so we couldnât move it. Table is extremely rickety. One of the beds had a dip in it and was very uncomfortable. A very small roll of paper towels was provided for our 2 night stay. We asked for more and were told they couldnât provide any. Had to contact owner a several times because she wasnât very responsive.
The place was located down in china town. About a good 15 minute walk, through construction zones to the reading terminal market. This unit was on the first floor (which was not marked). It was nice that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable but very bouncy. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The biggest issue was the noise every time someone went in and out of the building- the door would slam. This might not be an issue on higher floors. The place is a little tired and the owner was not easy to get responses from but she did let us in a couple hours early which was helpful.
Great location for those who like to do sightseeing on foot !! Perfect !
Parking is just down the street at $25 per day. Plenty of great places to eat not too far from location. This will be a SUPERHOST with some very minor changes
We were in Philly for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the location of the apartment was perfect. Parking was close by and apartment was very roomy with 2 bathrooms. Loved having the kitchen, would definitely recommend this apartment.
First time to Philly, owner was quick to respond. Had an issue that was beyond the owners control (internet went out) she kept us up to date and was able to have company come out and fix the next day.
This was such a cute place! It was easy to get in, there was parking right down the street, everything was very clean, it was decorated really nicely, and we felt safe in the building. We really enjoyed Prohibition Tap Room that was one block away. We were planning to walk to Independence Hall (only a 25 minute walk), but unfortunately it was raining pretty hard. But we could have done it!
It was a little loud at night with people walking by and some woman screaming for about 10 minutes at 1:00am. Canât be helped, but it definitely woke us up.
Gladys was responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!
Came into Philly for a concert this was the perfect place for that. Clean, easy to access, and easy to get around where we needed to go. Thank you for a wonderful time
