When we arrived it all seemed fine then we sit in the chair at the desk and feel like we are going to fall cause it was broken. The desk was so wobbly that we felt that was about to break at any moment. The bathroom door wouldn’t close cause the handle was broken. The shower head was coming out of the wall. There were water stains on the walls and chipped paint. Also one of the doors to get in downstairs was broken so it didn’t lock and we didn’t love that especially traveling with children. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay

Lousy hotel

Terrible hotel. The thermostat did not work because it had a “Batt lo” message. The sheets were stained. There was NO stopper in the bathroom sink. Room smelled musty. Absolutely terrible!

Nice, Experienced and Excellent staff (5/5). Shuttle Fantastic (5/5). Outside Environment Cleanness(5/5). Food(3/5) - overcrowded breakfast lounge that I stood to eat for 35mins and waited for like 20mins before it was my turn to make waffle. Inside Room Cleanness(3/5) - met fragments on floor as we enter. Also the carpet is now dirty brown both in the room and the hallway. Bedding was not smooth(3.5/5). Room lighting was not so good as there was no bright light or white light to illuminate the room. Gym (4/5) - well and neatly maintained. Generally the OVERRALL service was GOOD (3.8/5 or 7.6/10). I was in an accessible room. Water in the shower sprayed out from the piping more than the shower head which made the tile soaked despite the curtain. The shower drain was clogged and tub was half filled by the end of the shower. For an accessible room, it seemed to be dangerous to disabled individuals. If you are interested in cleaning up the property, the curtain on the 3rd floor next to the elevator needs some serious cleaning or replacing with red stains.
