I had a decent stay overall. It was quite crowded with wedding parties, though still mostly quiet. The room I booked wasn’t available upon check-in and I was kindly upgraded at no cost. The only issue I experienced was minor, but left me feeling quite inconvenienced. I ordered room service on the morning of my check out and it arrived 30 minutes after expected. I could tell the food had sat on the warmer for a while and my iced coffee had no ice, as it had all melted. I asked to check out later as I wanted to have time to eat my breakfast, but staff said they couldn’t accommodate, so I wasn’t able to finish my meal and felt very rushed. It’s a very convenient location but given its popularity for weddings and conferences (crowded), and my room service experience, I don’t think I’ll choose this location in the future.

Great hotel stay - good sized room. Enjoyed the amenities including room service, restaurant and lounge, gym. The surrounding area could be livelier though. Very helpful staff as well.

We had a couples of issues. First, i reserved a king bed room, but at check-in the very nice staff informed us that there were no king rooms avaliable. We had to take a two double room. Not exactly an apples to apples comprise. Then, our room key didn't work. Waited. Finally got into our room. We were told it was going to be fixed. Came back later that night, and again the keys didn't work. 2 very nice maintenance gentleman did come and fixed the lock and gave us new keys. Not the end of the world problems, but at the price point, I don't think these issues should have occurred.

Nice quiet hotel and very conveniently located. A short walk to the Reading Terminal Market. A short drive to the stadiums, airport and interstate. I would stay here again.

I didn’t get a goods nights sleep as the air conditioning in the room was the very loud. It woke me up every time it turned on and I was wearing earplugs. The hotel is very busy with long lines to check in, valet park and baggage storage, however the staff are very efficient.

We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there.

I booked the hotel because it had a lap pool. Nowhere in their information is there notice that the pool is empty! And there was only ONE person manning the desk so getting help with cancelling and moving took for ever. Whats more the room I was assigned smelled of cigarette smoke
