This hotel is extremely dirty and very noisy. It seriously needs to be inspected. Both the rooms and the hallways smelled strongly of drug use. We had to change rooms three times, and every single room had a different problem. In one room, there were urine stains on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable. The other rooms were also dirty and smelled bad. On top of that, there was loud noise from the upper floor until around 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The photos are misleading; when you walk into the property they are doing construction. We accidentally booked a smoking suite, the walls were yellow and it REEKED of cigarettes. They have a balcony but it is blocked off so no fresh air is able to get into the room. The heater makes a terrible noise when it is running. The bathroom has mold in the shower. The bed sheets have burn holes in them, I understand it’s a smoking room but there is zero reason to have sheets with burn holes. When we were walking into our room there we saw a roach running across the floor!!! Requested a crib for my daughter which they did not provide. The fridge was not working properly and didn’t keep our item cold. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Cigarette holes In sheets, bed, & quilt. Spider webs in the corners & random dirt on and in ac so why turn it on if it’s h going to blow filth around. Roaches & water bugs. Clearly they don’t clean.
