The checkin process was seamless. The checkout/valet process was horrific. There was 1 person checking in approximately 20 people. The valet staff took approximately 40 minutes to bring my vehicle. There no management personnel visible.

Everything was wonderful…clean room, comfortable bed, and courteous staff. We have stayed here several times and am never disappointed! We also love the location…close to several restaurants and shops.

The check in was smooth and the front desk staff kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was very busy, the throngs of people were absorbed in the many agreeable spaces in the hotel.
