The property itself was nice and the front desk staff were amazing. The issue was with parking. The attendant was extremely rude from the start and the pricing was not as advertised on expedia. They charge 35 a night but said my Jeep was an oversized vehicle so we were required to pay 45 plus a service fee of 5 dollars. Then each time we came back to park the attendant would come and ask us to pay again and we had to show the ticket from when we paid. Hotel is conveniently located and pretty good for the price as long as you dont have to park.

Room was filthy with stains throughout. Lampshades were busted and showerhead was caked in buildup. Fire alams went off intermittently during the morning. The breakfast area was kept clean.

Convenient location, helpful staff

In the heart of Chinatown, around the corner from Reading Terminal Market and down the way from Union Transfer, a nice music venue. I love that this place helped me recover something i left behind.

Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. The coffeemaker in our room did not work. We were there 4 days and they could not find a coffeemaker until 9pm the last night. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Instant coffee?! Toaster only worked on one side, waffle maker did not cook waffles enough. No juice. We stayed here while my husband had surgery. The room was ok (except the coffeemaker) bed very comfortable. Bathroom was big.

Room was clean and had minimal supplies, and the bed and pillows are comfy. However, there was takeout food left in the fridge by previous guest that didn’t get cleaned out. I told the front desk and the response was not great and he acted like it was not his job to clean it out, but reluctantly got up to take care of it. The hallways are dirty and elevator was broken.

Pleasant stay in Chinatown

The location in Chinatown was perfect for us. There was convenient lot parking next to the inn. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was well equipped. The breakfast was nothing special, but there were a large number of food options.

The carpets made our socks black in two passes across the room and the tub was coated in a dirty layer (as if it needs some soft scrub or comet on the tub floor) with mildew in all the grout. The sheets and towels were clean but there was a cigarette burn in the coverlet. Breakfast was included but sparse: instant coffee, watered down juice, stale bread and cereal, warm milk that smelled off. The location was good for what we needed but parking was $35/night vs the $25 advertised on the web reservation. Easy walking to shopping and China Town restaurants as well as the historic area but you have to walk past two blocks of dumpsters on the sidewalks from the market on the corner. Wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel is in an area of town that did not feel safe, but was close to arras that improved greatly. Charged a fee for checking in 30 min early so we could use wifi for a work meeting. Breakfast area dirty especially the waffle area and over flowing garbage left from breakfast at 3 pm. Room was decent but tub was stained, curtain moldy at the bottom, drain slow and blow dryer broken. Stairway carpet was very dirty. Would not stay here again. Wifi was adequate and the location was good for things we wanted to see and do.

NO sleep for us! The bar beneath the hotel is NOISY. The drinking flows into the street. My 3rd floor window was broken - couldn’t open, couldn’t close, just kind of loose enough to let the street noise waft in around the edges. The partiers lasted until 4 AM. But traffic noise also bad. Generally unclean hotel, though our bathroom was pretty clean and sheets also appeared clean. A broken lamp could be easily repaired. But nobody cared enough to tighten some screws and stabilize it. Wi-Fi shut off for an hour around midnight, which also turned off the telephone system. TV is streaming Hi-Def channels but looked grainy and blurred out. Lobby and elevator floors sticky and filthy. Stairwells disgusting! Management has really let things go at this Sleep Inn.
