Great place to stay overnight for early flight at airport. The only challenge was the small area serving food with very small selection in the lobby. The receptionist was fantastic- doing a hard job late at night with incredible patience and grace.

Check in was rather long, over 30 minutes. There was a couple at the counter with another person waiting to check in. A group of 5 flight attendants from Spirit Airlines walked in and went to the front of the line. While they were being checked in, 2 American Airlines flight attendants walked to the front of the line and were checked in ahead of me and the person already waiting. I understand they are getting off of work, however, it was inconvenient to those of us already waiting in line to be checked in. There also appeared to be a problem with the check in computer system, as emergency card keys were provided. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just an overnight stay, so did not use the gym.

The location was very just right for where I needed to travel between Willmington Delaware and Philadelphia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Dannie who after checking me in noticed that I had booked twice and was instrumental in helping me through the refund process with Expedia,com.

Staff and room were outstanding. Do not stay here if you want breakfast or coffee. The only option to eat in the morning is from a Starbucks.

First I had to wait almost 1.5 Hrs to check in due to fact they was change systems and Wi-Fi was down. Then the next day I leave about 2 o’clock to go too a meeting, I get back around 7pm enter my room to find all my stuff hv been thrown away. Food, drinks, toothbrush and my charger was taken. The bad part of it all I was there for 2days so I was lost at y clean a room and take stuff out refrigerator knowing someone was still there. So of a inconvenience

Basic, but did the trick.

We needed a hotel close to the airport, and this location worked out perfectly. Despite arriving at midnight to a very busy lobby, check-in was smooth. The amenities are basic, but the bed was comfortable, and it provided exactly what we needed for a late-night arrival and quick overnight stay.
