Safe, close to bunch of restaurants and breweries. Only complaint, the outside bathroom door didnât close but have no doubt that after reading this, the mgmt will jump on it and fix it. No complaints otherwise.
The property was very clean, however the furniture was a bit used. Dining table had tape on it, the middle table felt like it would fall apart. The dinnerware was minimal and it would have been nice to have a broom and or mop to leave the space crumb free.
The property was comfortableenough, althoughwe encountereda few issues
- The off street parking is good, although the gate was often left open.
- For a non-smoking property, the cannabis and tobacco smell was everywhere in the hallways and through the vents
- Two bulbs were out in the Superheros room
- The desk in one of the rooms does not stay in place and is, therefore not suitable for working.
- The neighborhood is not the best.
Spacious living room kitchen area. Bedrooms spacious as well and comfortable. Only criticism is that bedroom doors have glass panes which enable all guests to view in. Would be more private with standard doors. Regardless, wouldnât hesitate to book again!
Property was as described. Great stay. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Reserved parking so had to go to lobby desk to get parking pass prior to using contactless check-in, but easy process.
The space is good; two couples stayed.
This is a 2BR, 2 bath, with one being en suite. There were a few things that needed to be dealt with, and tgere was a prompt resoonse from property management. There appears to be ample parking; spaces are narrow, and there is not much of a driving lane. Currently, the building is difficult to identify, as there is outdoor seating for the restaurant in the street in front. (Look for the sign that says "The Institute.") There is a block of space cut out of the wall above each bedroom door (about two feet square). Both bedroom doors are clear glass, with no covering.
We rented this property last minute due to a "system glitch" with our original rental property and needed a place to stay. The unit was reasonably priced, clean and spacious, in a great location and the staff and host were easy to reach and very accommodating. The only addition feedback worth noting is that both bedrooms have glass panels in the door and maybe adding curtains would make the bedrooms a bit more private for multiple couples.
Very clean and well stocked for a long weekend stay. Management was very responsive to requests. Location was convenient to Temple campus and other sites. Loved that it was dog friendly! Will definitely book again.
This place was perfect for a short stay in Philly with my husband and daughter. Convenient walking/Lyft to lots of different neighborhoods. Bedrooms and main living area were spacious - beds so comfortable. And there is parking available on site!
The place was perfect fit for a small event; the size was great. The 2bd & 2ba combo was excellent. for a nice place to entertain or relax and play cards and tv, itâs a perfect scenario
