The temperature was sub zero, with the wind chill factor, in Philadelphia and the unit had no heat. 1 space was provided but it was totally inadequate for a (2) two bedroom unit. I contacted the host 2x’s prior to arrival asking first how was the unit heated and secondly how was the heat because I had my 72y/o aunt with me. His response was it was good n he left the heater. It was not good and my aunt had to sleep in two layers of clothing to deal with the cold. I was also uncomfortable with the lack of heat. The smoke detector was hanging and shortly after began to beep (ironic). I was in contact with host about a partial refund on Sunday and was told we would have to check that day to receive a partial refund.
