I specifically added requests during completion of booking the room. To have a late checkout at 1:30pm. I even asked the manager at check in was it on there he says no problem. Well at 10:15am and then countless times after that cleanup knocked on my door and came an aggravated me to the point where by 11:20 am I jus called down stairs an told them I would go ahead an check out since they were gonna not honor my request an aggravate the crap outta me

The staff was very courteous and nice. The room, however, had issues with the toilet that housekeeping missed. We could not stay in the room and they quickly moved us.

Customer service was top notch. Unfortunately the room was not. I chose this hotel because of positive reviews but the room was not up to standards.. The floor was dirty, smashed roach on the wall, a roach in the room. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and the faucet was very loose. The hotel I believe is in a remodel but this room overlooked.
