Love it at Valley Forge! Great location, great food options at the King Of Prussia Mall…OMG they just opened an Eataly there…. These are normally found in Italy btw Back to Valley Forge it’s a cool hotel and the Reno recently done has made it so much more apron my opinion Definitely a place to come and spend some time with friends or family or both

Terrible customer service

The service at this hotel was not good. I called on Monday morning asking for a new iron because the one in the room didn’t work. I was told it would be delivered to the room. When I asked how long it would take, the lady on the phone abruptly said it would arrive when it arrives. I waited 45 mins and nothing came to the room. I eventually left without ironing my clothes and was late to my meeting. The staff was also unable to get me a package which was delivered to the hotel for 2 days. They kept promising it would arrive every time I ask and it never did
