Day shift front desk girls late the best. ! They are outstanding in every way and helpful more than ten staff put together. They are monumental to the place and were huge reasons I returned. The place itself is very clean, no bugs mice the guests are decent people. I love the place Snd highly recommend

The room was clean, but there was a random pack of cigarettes left on the TV stand. We stayed during the heat wave. Left the room for the day at 74, but when we came back it was changed to 83.

This location made my first visit to philly amazing, and with a 1.5 year old at that.. SN: if you dont want to be bothered by kids running ask for the 4th floor and there wont be any problems
