Pool: Pool is not heated at this property.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.

Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and removing all trash to the designated area.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the reservation. No additional guests are allowed.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. A charge of the cost to replace the item plus 10% will be charged back to the guest.

We were very pleased. Accommodations were better than expected. Home was very clean, everything was as pictured. Home had everything we needed for our stay, and when we ran into a scheduling snag, the host really tried to accommodate us as much as he was able. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a week long stay at this property and LOVED it. Beautifully remodeled home. Great/safe neighborhood. The location was great. Tons of good food options within a 5-10 min drive. Pet friendly place also which is nice since i like to bring my senior yorkie along. The hosts were very kind and very very quick with their responses to any question i asked. Would absolutely stay again.

Our family was very happy with our stay at this property. The home is in a nice and safe neighborhood, and it was convenient to get to many places in the Phoenix area. We found the owners to be responsive. The home is very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was our favorite aspect, and older boys appreciated the outdoor TV. We would stay here again!

Peaceful oasis with wonderful hosts and beautiful accommodations!

This home was really an awesome place to stay in during our vacation to Arizona. It is located on a really really quiet street (feels like nobody else lives there!) and it wonderfully clean and well-kept. The place is beautiful and has the perfect finishing touches, such as the lovely wall in the backyard! There were no unpleasant surprises or disappointments of any kind. Just a great time! The hosts are gracious and kind and communicative. And the house is soooo well stocked- pack light lol! The hosts thought of everything you might need. I didn't get to try the pizza oven but it definitely looks cool! The pool is clean and beautiful. We had such a great, comfortable, relaxing stay!

This house was very clean, nice beds and pillows. Huge kitchen and nice gas range. Showers are big and look new. It was located in a great location for us. We walked to coffee. It was a short drive for a hike.The backyard has plenty of seating. A fun little putting green. Communication throughout our stay was fantastic. Thank you for having us!

Modern, swanky house with lots of rooms

This house was perfect for a family of 4. We have 2 teenagers, and each got to have their own room. There was even an extra room no one used. The house is clean, modern, and comfortable. I have family that live in Phoenix and Scottsdale, so this house was immediately equidistant to both places. It was also right off of Hwy 51, so it was very easy to commute. It's also a stone's throw from Paradise Valley and lots of shopping. The host was extremely hospitable and replied to my messages right away. We had a family emergency and the host was so gracious to refund a day that we ended up not needing. 5 stars!
