The check in person was unfriendly and a bit on the rude side. I didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator so it was quite inconvenient to haul our suitcases up stairs as we are older folks. The foliage around the building was dead and littered i.e. paper and cigarette buds. No hot water the first night and was told that was because the place was full. The laundry room smelled bad.

Positive: The room was clean and in decent condition and the beds were fine. Negatives:,the breakfast was nothing but empty carbs. Not even hard boiled eggs or yogurt. We ate someplace else each day. The water in the shower never got past tepid for temperature. Bring ear plugs, as the hotel is next to a very busy street and there is a lot of road noise.

Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of Lake Mead from the balcony. The hotel was not a resort and glitzy like those in the strip, it was affordable, clean, and convenient. Hoover dam was just 4 minutes away and Las Vegas was only 20 minutes down the interstate. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

The shower in the room didn’t work. I didn’t realize there was a problem until I got up this morning. Was forced to go into work feeling less than optimal. Also the remote for the TV in the bedroom wasn’t functioning. I explained all this to the front desk as I checked out but they said there was nothing they could do about discounting the room as I had paid on Expedia. The rate was impossible to change so I was charged full price. Just not worth it. I’ll never stay there again! I felt that I definitely did not get my moneys worth.

No hair dryer in room, cleaner was so strong in room burned my eyes, every day they ran out of bananas , hot tub was broken, I came home to eat dinner close to 7 pm I had to wait outside with my ice cream melting so they could clean my room they didn’t read the computer notes no fragrance had to have my door open to sit out for hours cold shower phone didn’t work no shampoo or body wash rude front desk girl toilet broken no do not disturb sign cleaners forgot to restock my coffee and shampoo body wash daily !

Room was not spotless but it was good enough for the few hours we stayed. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels when we got there. Continental breakfast was okay. Its a good place to stay when you are only there to sleep, get a quick breakfast and get back on the road.

Noisy buzzing and equipment for several hours at night. Room was not stocked for 4 night stay and I had to keep asking for supplies. Staff were professional and courteous. Room clean. Walls really thin as I could hear neighbor snoring loudly.
