The picture definitely make the place look nicer then it is. It just seamed dirty everywhere. After I woke up I noticed a small blood stain on the comforter. We weren’t bleeding anywhere so the comforter must not have been washed in between guests. Definitely felt gross. The staff was friendly and check in was super fast.

Quiet and comfortable.

Comfortable and quiet. Had many amenmities such as in room coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Does not have restaurant or lounge on site. Breakfast was not very good with what appeared to be reconstituted eggs and an odd tasting sausage like item.

This hotel is pretty decent I had no issues whatsoever. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and pretty decent size. Breakfast served every morning waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. Plenty of parking and pretty close to restaurants and shopping.

Can't keep a reservation... classic Seinfeld

Upon arrival, they were unable to honor our reservation for a king suite. They had oversold the king suites and put us in a king handicapped room that was NOT a suite. The bathroom light flickered and the bedside reading light also flickered. Went down to breakfast in the morning and the coffee machine was out of order!! I almost lost it.....what else could possibly go wrong?? At least the room was quiet.

Nice hotel off of I-10 near several shopping areas and restaurants. Check in was easy. Our initial room had a very noisy air conditioning unit and we asked to be moved. Front desk was very accommodating and moved us immediately. Only criticism is the coffee in the breakfast room. The maker makes one cup at a time and wasn’t working. Several other guests besides us were very disappointed. A better coffee system is needed

The room was clean and every thing was updated had hot water is a rarity for most motels.It was quiet couldnt hear your neighbors and it was in a safe neighbor hood and did not have to pay for parking.

The staff was friendly. At first look the room was good, but in being there a while it was apparent that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathtub was dirty, the shampoo container in the shower was empty, and we found one man’s dirty sock in one of the beds. Ewww! Breakfast was decent, but not well stocked.

When I arrived at check in... The first room appeared to have a person still staying in it, as shoes on floor, and T.V. on so I immediatley left. Second room had a sticky floor when walked in, and dried urine splattered on the wall. Went to ask for a refund, but because of third party booking he said it would be difficult. Third room I never saw as heard the young man's co-worker or supervisor lady complaining about these scenarios when I was waiting for the elevator, so I decided at that point, I was not going to stay, and work on refund after finding other accomodations.
