I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, the facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet. I was genuinely impressed and will make this my preferred accommodation whenever I travel through Phoenix.

Decent weekend stay. Property was clean, breakfast was good, typical egg, sausage, coffee, cereal, waffles — and not too crowded. Plenty space for free parking. Pool was gated and no towel (you have to ask). Check in and check out process definitely needs some improvement. Core check in hour only 1 person running the front desk. And core check out hour, nobody was manning the desk.
